Due to the formation of water soil, sediment, humic matter of dirt, and bacteria, algae and other microorganisms and their secretions to form biological slime, attachment in the condenser heat transfer tube is formed on the wall of the dirt, resulting in serious pipeline blockage, and dirt, slime will influence heat exchange efficiency, power consumption, caused by high pressure operation, serious caused by overpressure shutdown. All of these seriously affect the normal operation of the condenser.

Condenser cleaning for physical and chemical cleaning, physical cleaning generally used high pressure water jet to sort out the dirt of condenser copper tube; if the scaling for the hard scale, chemical cleaning and physical mode cannot be the furring. In order to make the condenser running in optimal state, it is necessary to the condenser of special chemicals, remove scale, corrosion, slime, sterilization and anti corrosion treatment, reduced to a clean metal surface.

The cleaning process is as follows:

1, the cooling water import and condenser of the valve closed, the thermometer, pressure gauge pipe or connected with a drain pipe corrosion pump, a liquid distribution box made of small circulation system, circulation cleaning.

2, the first to join the pickling inhibitor, the agent for the special copper corrosion inhibitor, which is attached to the inner wall of the condenser, to prevent the occurrence of acid and metal reaction.

3, add solid acid cleaning agent, for cleaning deposited calcium carbonate as the main ingredients of scale cleaning agent is a composite solid organic acid, white crystal, on metal no corrosion, is weak; cleaning agent according to the amount of equipment fouling.

4, join the dirt stripping agent (optional). If the condenser device scaling is thick and need to add dirt stripping agent, promote scale after the reaction resultant rapid dissolution in water, speed up the deep scale reaction.

5, adding and passivation agent, chemical cleaning in the condenser, chemical residues, to prevent the metal surface oxidation and the formation of two floating rust.

6, cleaning process:

A, cleaning temperature: generally used at room temperature cleaning, if the thickness of the fouling can be washed at 40 degrees ~50 degrees C to improve the cleaning speed.

B, the valve will be in and out of the unit, the use of pressure gauge or thermometer, anti-corrosion pump, acid tank connected to the cleaning cycle system. Cleaning to join the corrosion inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor uniform circulation slowly add organic acid, cleaning should timing detection reaction, cleaning agent is insufficient to complement and to ensure that there are enough acid liquid and scale reaction, cleaning according to scale reaction, adding proper amount of dirt stripping agent, defoaming agent.

C, after the end of the cleaning, the remaining liquid will be discharged, and add water rinse.

D, after cleaning the condenser also need to add a neutralizing agent, and residual acid, in order to prevent the oxidation of the inner wall of the metal.

E, condenser cleaning time is about 5~10 hours, according to the actual situation.
